Listed as Vagator Villa on Agoda and other websites, this is a shady business with no clear owner. Websites like Agoda will even accept the bookings and you'll know the racket once you're here. Don't book in advance, this property is a Sham, a Fraud.

Rooms looked as expected but the Ac remote wasn't working properly.. The staff is very friendly and cooperative!! The reception works 24/7.. Our requests were always answered by them irrespective of the time! The interior was as shown but if you want to relax on the balcony, umm no no you can't do that here until unless you are okay with sitting by the small roads!! And the pool area should have had more privacy!!! A major plus point is you will get rental bikes just beside the building.

its called presha suites and villas now . very nice and clean suites . each room comes with a kitchenette and hall. place is kid friendly and serene . amazing stay

I am deeply disappointed with the unacceptable and unprofessional behavior of the staff at this hotel. It is absolutely unacceptable that they fail to inform guests of their strict policy against allowing guests to bring visitors. It is an utter lack of transparency and honesty, and it is completely unacceptable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by a receptionist who was rude and unhelpful, making it clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service. It was only after I had booked and checked in that I was informed of the policy against guests bringing visitors. This is an outrageous policy, and the manner in which it was communicated to me was completely unacceptable. The staff were dismissive and unsympathetic, making it clear that they were more interested in enforcing their draconian policy than in providing a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff are unprofessional and rude, and the policies are ridiculous and nonsensical. I urge anyone considering booking a stay at this hotel to think twice and choose a more reputable establishment with better customer service.

We shifted here from their other property in Calangute, as we hadn't liked that one. This one was also super horrible, one shade better since they had proper access to the hotel and parking, unlike their Zac beach resort - but our overall …

Lillywoods is the ideal place for a vacation in goa. Clean and well done up rooms, boutique style, efficient staff and well located. The management system the work in wonder full all ways on time and the were really kind. Do love there room they were very luxurious, clean. The property was on the beach and the view from the room directly to the sea was brilliant . The staff was really supportive there food was fantastic and was made really delicious. All in all a great experience! Full marks to team Lillywoods!

A great place to stay in clean rooms. We had guests visiting us when they were stopped and asked to present their IDs randomly. We asked them if we and our guests could use the swimming pool to which they replied that it would charge them 1000rs for that. We wouldn't mind paying an amount of 100rs or even 200rs. But 1000rs was a bit overpriced. If you do decide to stay here please clear up with the staff about guest visitation. Because we were told by the staff that no guests are allowed while their online policies clearly mention that guests are allowed.

The hotel was good but not much choice in breakfast just basics, but food was good to taste and not expensive. Staff was polite and helpful. Gave you what you wanted without a fuss. There was no laundry service within the hotel. Please beware of the Taxi service provider provided by the hotel. He was 30 minutes late despite him giving assurances that he can be called within 10 minutes. The Taxi service provider recommend by the hotel also gives cars on hire. DO NOT hire a car of dark colour. A minor scratch below the front bumper cost me 1k. Hire only SILVER GREY or WHITE cars. Its a scam to give dark coloured cars because scratches get noticed easily and there are many road side bushes in Goa that you will definitely scratch the car.
